In these terms, "we," "our," or "the seller" refers to In a Box Sàrl, and "you" or "the customer" refers to any person making a purchase on the site.
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
Article 1 - Purpose and Scope
These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered on the kisskiss.eu website.
They apply to all orders placed by customers located within the European Union.
The applicable GTC are those in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 2 - Products
The site offers online sales of intimate wellness products and accessories intended for an adult audience.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the product pages of the site. We strive to provide descriptions that are as accurate as possible. Photographs, illustrations, and visuals are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Minor differences may exist between the images presented on the site and the products delivered, particularly due to screen display settings or modifications made by manufacturers.
The products sold on the site are intended for personal and private use.
Article 3 - Age Restriction
Access to the site and the purchase of products are strictly reserved for individuals aged 18 or older.
By confirming an order, the customer declares they are of legal age and possess the necessary legal capacity to enter into a contract.
Article 4 - Pricing
Product prices are displayed on the site with the corresponding currency and include applicable VAT where it is due.
Sales made to consumers located in the European Union may be subject to the VAT OSS (One Stop Shop) scheme. In this case, the VAT applied corresponds to the rate in force in the country of delivery.
Delivery fees are indicated before the final confirmation of the order. The total amount to be paid, including the price of the products, VAT, and any delivery fees, is displayed in the order summary before payment.
The site may offer payment in several currencies, including the Euro and certain local European currencies. The final payment currency is always indicated before order confirmation. Any conversion fees applied by the customer's bank remain their responsibility.
In a Box Sàrl reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products are invoiced based on the prices displayed at the time of the order.
Article 5 - Order Process
The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their cart. Before the final confirmation of the order, a detailed summary is presented to the customer, indicating the selected products, their price, any additional fees, the payment currency, and the total transaction amount.
The customer can check and modify their order at any time before proceeding to payment.
The order becomes final when the customer clicks the order confirmation button and accepts these GTC, as well as the conditions related to the right of withdrawal.
An order confirmation is then sent to the customer by email. This confirmation includes, in particular, a unique transaction number, details of the products purchased, the total amount paid, and the date of the transaction.
In a Box Sàrl reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, a prior dispute with the customer, or payment default.
Article 6 - Payment
Payment for orders is made online via secure payment providers.
Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards, as well as certain digital payment solutions such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Transactions are secured using enhanced authentication protocols like Visa Secure and Mastercard Identity Check (3D Secure).
Credit card information is never stored by In a Box Sàrl and is processed directly by payment providers in accordance with PCI DSS security standards.
Article 7 - Order Confirmation
After payment validation, the customer receives an order confirmation by email.
This document serves as proof of transaction and includes:
• the order or transaction number
• details of the products ordered
• the total amount paid and the currency used
• the date of the transaction
• the delivery address
The customer is encouraged to keep this confirmation.
Article 8 - Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the order process.
Delivery times are indicated on the site for informational purposes. In the event of a significant delivery delay, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
Orders are shipped in neutral and discreet packaging, without any indication of the nature of the products.
The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer at the moment they physically take possession of the package.
If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or an unclaimed package, re-shipping fees may be charged to the customer.
Article 9 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European distance selling regulations, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Article 10 - Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, certain products cannot be returned once their packaging has been opened.
This particularly applies to intimate products, sex toys, lubricants, or cosmetic products unsealed after delivery.
Any returned item must be clean and in a condition that allows for inspection without risk to the health or safety of the employees responsible for checking it.

Article 12 - Promotional Products
If an order includes a product offered as part of a promotion, it must be returned in the event of a full order return.
If the complimentary product is not returned, its value may be deducted from the refund.
Article 13 - Defective Products
In the event of a defective product or delivery error, the customer must contact customer service within seven days of receiving the order.
After verification, the product may be replaced, exchanged, or refunded.
Article 14 - Retention of Title
Products remain the property of In a Box Sàrl until full payment for the order has been received.
Article 15 - Liability
In a Box Sàrl cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products or modifications made by the manufacturer.
The seller's liability shall in no case exceed the amount of the order concerned.
Article 16 - Data Protection
Personal data collected on the site is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Payment card information is never stored by the site and is processed by secure payment providers compliant with PCI DSS standards.
Article 17 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of Sion (Valais), Switzerland, unless otherwise mandated by consumer protection law.
