Your Right to Cancel

Under European law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive it.

Return Conditions

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are only accepted if:

• The item is in its original packaging, unopened and unused
• The sealed packaging has not been broken
• The return is made within 14 days of receipt

Items with opened hygienic packaging cannot be returned, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

Return Procedure

1. Contact our customer service at contact@kisskiss.eu, providing your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label.
3. Carefully pack the item(s) and drop off the parcel at the designated relay point.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and verify your return. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for your original purchase.

Defective Item or Order Error

If you receive a defective item or an item different from your order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for an exchange or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Address

Returns should be sent to our warehouse in France. The exact address will be provided by our customer service when you initiate your return request.
