What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of confirmation. After this period, please contact our customer service at contact@kisskiss.eu.

Shipping

What are your shipping times?

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (business days). Delivery then takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your country:

France: 2-3 business days
Belgium: 2-3 business days
Germany & Austria: 3-5 business days
Netherlands: 2-4 business days

Is shipping discreet?

Yes, 100%. Your package is sent in neutral packaging, without any mention of the KissKiss brand or its contents. The sender's name displayed is neutral. No one can guess the contents of your package.

What are the shipping costs?

Standard shipping is free for purchases over 59€. Below this amount, shipping costs are 4.95€.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

In accordance with European legislation, you have a 14-day right to return from the receipt of your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused, for hygiene reasons.

How do I make a return?

Please contact our customer service at contact@kisskiss.eu stating your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and verify your return, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Are your products safe?

All our products comply with European standards (CE marking). We only select body-safe materials: medical-grade silicone, ABS, stainless steel. We do not offer any products containing phthalates.

How do I care for my sex toys?
